Our Process

How We Work:

Your first connect with Virtual Resumes will be to determine your needs and to discuss how we can help. If you have a resume and/or cover letter already created, we ask that you please forward that to us for review to determine if you could benefit from our services. Once we have reviewed your documents (you can expect a reply within two business days of us receiving your documents if not sooner) we will provide you with a list of items we feel would benefit your resume. You are welcome to implement the changes yourself, or hire Virtual Resumes to complete the changes for you.

If you choose us:

  • We arrange a time convenient for you to have a telephone interview with one of our experienced Resume Writers. The interview is for the writer to obtain the information needed to draft an effective and targeted resume. This consultation call can last from one hour to one and a half hours – dependant on your experience level.
  • The Writer will write your documents, and forward to a Manager for proof reading and editing.
  • Once your document(s) is polished and professional, the soft copy will be sent to you in MS Word format and PDF for your review. Your documents can be modified to your specifications within 14 days of the delivery date (this is included in the price).

Our goal is to exceed your expectations by delivering top quality documents within five business days of your phone consultation. Expedited service is also available for a small fee.

You can expect to receive a courtesy call or email from one of our Managers to ensure your experience was positive and that your expectations were met.
